Reed Stvan has spent his entire 24-year career in the commercial real estate and facility management industry serving corporate, government, institutional and not-for-profit clients. He brings his extensive experience in complex real estate development as both a principal and third-party project manager to the table.

Mr. Stvan was introduced to Management Alternatives (M/A) in 1991, when he contracted with the firm to provide relocation planning and management to one of his development clients. He subsequently engaged the firm in several large projects, ultimately joining the company as its president in 2001.
Prior to joining M/A, Mr. Stvan was vice president of business development for FacilityPro, the largest facility management (FM) procurement consulting and application service provider in the U.S. FacilityPro provides business process outsourcing for corporate and institutional facility management departments and software applications to national FM and real estate services firms. Mr. Stvan led strategic client relationships with Equity Office Trust, Simon Properties, Cushman & Wakefield, AMB and a consortium of the largest commercial property Real Estate Investment Trust's in the U.S.
Mr. Stvan became involved with e-commerce applications for the contract furniture industry as a corporate senior vice president at U.S. Office Products (subsequently purchased by Corporate Express), where he was responsible for strategy and the development of a procurement management application serving national corporations with office products and mid-market furniture solutions.
In 1983, Mr. Stvan joined Spaulding & Slye Colliers as project manager for the firm's mid-Atlantic development group, subsequently advancing to vice president, principal, then principal in charge of development and program management services in Washington, D.C. During a 15-year tenure at the firm, he led a division that provided corporate real estate advisory services and development management for over 7 million square feet of facilities for clients including PEPCO, Oracle, IBM, NationsBank, Marriott, Lockheed-Martin, American Chemical Society, The Brookings Institution and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

- National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Northern Virginia Chapter
