Team Coordinator
The Team Coordinator (TC) is the "right hand" manager supporting the Relocation Manager.
TC will gather client information to develop the Relocation Schedule, participates in project
meetings, and responds to client and vendor inquiries regarding the project. The Team Coordinator
provides formal instruction briefing to client, prepares budget reports, gathers furniture and
personnel data for our project database, and is extensively involved in on-site supervision of
movers and client service departments. Successful TC's will be on track for promotion to Relocation
Manager.

Project Administrator
The Project Administrator supports a Relocation Team by assisting with specific aspects of the relocation process
which includes working with part time project staff, interns, some vendors and contractors. The position involves
clerical, administrative and execution of well-defined process work.
Hardworking, exhibits good judgment and decision making skills, team player and willing to roll up sleeves to get
job done. Person must be detail oriented, excellent with numbers and accurately handles data, a good listener and quick
learner.
Position will include significant weekend project work (avg. 10-15 weekends per year) and some evening work. This is not a 9 to 5 job!
Opportunities available to those who excel to move into a Jr. Project Managers (Team Coordinator) position within 1-3 years

Campus Recruitment
M/A fosters college students who are eager to enter the professional project
management field. Students interested in design/interior planning, construction
management, facilities management and IT management are welcome to apply. We
